Cell Phones

Hey! We are doing group projects and I am with Mike Balding and Mike Aguirre.  They did research about video games but i decided to research cell phones.  Did you know that Martin Cooper invented the first cell phone in 1973.  It was called the Motoral Dyna-Tac.  It weighed 2.5 pounds and was 9x5x1.75 inches.  It would let you talk for 35 minutes and then you would have to charge it for ten dollars.  That phone was sold for 3,995 dollars.  Now you know more about the history of cellphones.  Yesterday it snowed alot and we might have a snowday tomorrow because it is suppose to snow alot today.  It will be Winter/Christmas break this weekend so I am excited.

    Hi Ali. I've been waiting to here from you. This is our last day of school!!! Tomorow i'll shop for the last presents before Christmas. I'm swedish and in Sweden we celebate Christmas on the 24th. I haerd about that phone. Did you know that the first transportable phone weighed 44 kg!This holiday i'm staying in Malaysia untill a few days after Christmas. Then i'm going to go to Bali which is a iland sauth of Malysia. It is hot there with beaches and all that so no snjow for me this winter:( What are you doing over the break. Hope to hear from you soon
